Genesis, the luxury brand from South Korea, opened doors to its first dedicated store in the United States. This from-ground-up store was built upon an architectural style of ample space, and Son-nim, a principal, translated to treating someone as an “invited guest”.

This new facility in Lafayette, Louisiana, also marks the first imitative to incorporate the infrastructure to address the needs of electric cars. The carmaker announced plans to only offer electric vehicles by 2030 and that all new offerings will be zero-emission type cars.
At the store opening, the company introduced the GV60 EV, it’s first all-electric vehicle. This is a car that incorporates face and fingerprint recognition as well as the latest in EV technology. The platform has a 350KW level that allows for a fast recharge of about 15 minutes.
HMP recognized this effort by the South Korean car maker as it embraced the EV revolution incorporating the latest to ease the adoption of the zero-emission car.
